Spring and summer here we come! This has been roller coaster of a winter with some surprisingly nice days, but I’m still ready for more sunshine. Here are a few things I’ve been digging this month!

back to our trip to Ireland in 2011. March always reminds me of that trip that kicked off our love of Ireland and the UK! We’ve been wanting to get back to Ireland for years…maybe it’s time to start planning!

Fleetwood Mac <3 Spotify has informed me the last two years that I am in the top 0.01% of their listeners, so I continue to wear that badge with pride.

Gotta have some good pints of Guinness for St. Patrick’s month (every holiday is a month long holiday in my house)! Guinness has a Nitro Coffee version that I’m obsessed with!

(or more accurately rewatching) all of the Marvel movies! I love the Marvel universe and my husband and I try to rewatch all of the movies in timeline order every year…yes, I am a bit of geek! But isn’t Groot just so dang cute?

This Chipotle Chicken Tortilla Soup from Half Baked Harvest. I made it last month and we got so hooked on it that I think it’s going to be in our regular recipe rotation! And it’s all done in the crock pot, which is probably my favorite cooking method. Check the recipe out here if you want to get hooked, too!
