Why did you want to do a boudoir session?
It was initially for my husband. Things happened and the surprise didn’t work out as I had hoped.
What made you choose Wallflower?
When looking through photographers’ photos, I found myself drawn to Wallflower. I also usually check out their website, Facebook if they have it and the reviews people have left. Everything I found kept bringing me back here. I also wanted to go somewhere away from my small town.
Were you nervous at all to do your shoot?
Yes. However, after the first phone call with Christina my nervousness went away and I was super excited. I had a feeling that she had everything taken care of, very thorough.
What was your favorite part of the experience?
The photo shoot. It was freeing. Liberating. Like spending the day with your bestie. I wasn’t nervous at all. Hair and makeup is a close second, because who doesn’t enjoy getting pampered?!?
What would you tell a friend if they were thinking about doing a boudoir session?
Don’t even think about it. Just do it. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
What was it like to see your photos?
Phenomenal. I have no words to accurately describe the art she had presented to me. I was so surprised that it was actually me. Christina took all the negative thoughts in my head, the harsh words spoken to me in the past, erased them all and showed me how truly beautiful I am. A chance to truly see myself through someone else’s eyes.
Was everything what you expected it to be when you first got in touch?
No. It was above and beyond. Like I have said before, Christina is very thorough. She makes sure she has everything covered, except you. You get the chance to bear it all.
Do you see yourself differently after having your session?
Absolutely! Has definitely given me more confidence.
Anything else you’d like to throw out there?
Don’t do this for your partner/spouse. Do this for YOU. Trust me. You will be so happy you did.
