It’s true – confidence IS sexy! So why do we hold ourselves back from it?
One of my favorite things about the boudoir experience is the confidence boost that you walk away with. I freaking love it. As a woman who has dealt with the issues of self-consciousness, that effect is what made me fall in love with boudoir.
I know we all have things that start to jump into our minds of what we don’t like, but it’s time to flip the script. What about all of those features you DO like? A boudoir session should really make you focus on those features of yourself that you LOVE and see the beauty that everyone else already sees! Your love thinks you are gorgeous, your best friend thinks you are stunning (if you think of your own best friend right now, you know I’m right!), people you’d never guess think you’re perfect – you should, too <3
It’s time we start focusing on all the little things that make us unique and beautiful. Letting ourselves feel good in our own skin is so important and the more you do it, the more naturally it comes 🙂
